Having a supermarket across the street was very convenient. The apartment was clean and tidy. We had a wonderful time and were extremely satisfied. The friendliness of the host added to our enjoyable vacation. Highly recommended!

For Guests: mind to book breakfast directly form Booking web site at 5euro x day x person; if not it Will cost you 10euro x day x person directly from the location. Room reset expected from 13:00 to 15:00 did not occurr.

It was hot out and the AC was quite good (not a given for Italy). The property was immaculate and very comfortable.

It was very hard to find, even speaking Italian. The town is tiny and absolutely beautiful but the inn is tucked away on a side street and very easy to miss. Adding some more detailed directions would be a good idea!

Will stay there again!

The communication with the owner was easy and convenient thru Whatsapp - and there was no problem in the face-to-face communication even we both had a limited knowledge in common language English. Due to the Covid-situation we were able to enjoy the breakfast in the balcony of our room which was nice on a sunny and warm morning- the breakfast itself was basic but delicious. The room was clean but has a rather limited space for luggage (which was not a problem for us just having small backpacks). A coffee maker and/or electric kettle would be a nice addition to the existing refrigerator. The B&B is located next to a parking area/market square (on Wednesdays) and there is a grocery store (open until 2000hrs) next door. You may get to the beach of Lake Garda with 20 to 30 mins walk (5 mins by car but there is rather limited parking next to the beach areas) thru the town (you will spot few nice restaurants enroute).

Courteous, clean, cosy!!!

Just needed a stop somewhere between Sirmione and Limone - found this B&B, booked it and hell yeah! This is something most non-„5star+ wellness spa hotel flagships“ should fear about! Paolo is just the epitome of courtesy and his B&B is such a nice place for refreshing, having a quite good breakfast and continue with adventures around lake Garda! And if you hate untidy bathrooms and rooms on journeys like I do - this will be your place!!! Would prefer his B&B for breaks over most hotels and hostels, very good price-performance ratio! Cheers!

Good short stay.

The room was very clean and it looks renovated. The owner is very engaged to make you feel good. The communication is a little bit difficult, because his English is not that good. We communicated per what's app, that was okay. The sea is a 25 min. Walk from the apartment.

The house is very clairaudient. If the owner made breakfast downstairs, we heard it. Also every door.

Big Help

We booked the stay on really short notice due to an accident which made us stay longer. We very much appreciated the offer to check in early as we were with our child. The B&B is right in the center of lovely San Felice del Benaco. You have a parking lot next to it, a supermarket, bakery, playground, some restaurants and a bus stop in case you don't want to walk to the beach (approximately 20 min). The room we had, had a big balcony which was really nice to sit on and have breakfast there. The B&B has a little kitchen if you need as well. Paulo was really nice and took care of everything. We could choose between different breakfast options every day and if we had a questions he was there for us.

B&B is great: very clean and everything is cozy and new both inside the room and in other facilities. Paolo met us on time and helped with all the questions we had suggested pizzeria near by and other interesting places to visit. The room was 100% clean and cozy with private bathroom and the view on the small street with mostly no traffic during evening & night hours. The breakfast was also excellent with coffee, croissants, different cheese and etc. We plan to return as we liked the B&B and cozy town near the Lake Garda.

We stayed 2 nights with Paolo and his family and enjoyed our stay very much! We were taken very good care of and Paolo and his wife tried everything to make us comfortable. We especially enjoyed the breakfast they prepared for us, even taken into account that we are one half vegetarian. The place itself is very nice, clean and comfy and well suited to go swimming by foot or discover the lake and it's surroundings by car. The free parking, which is close by, is an extra plus. We would definitely come back!
