Host accommodated a very late check in. Being eve of CNY, we only managed to check in after the reunion gathering. Host was still available online to ensure our check in was smooth. He was polite and made sure we had everything sorted out. Self check in was super easy. Property was very clean. 100% cotton towels and linens. 3 Bathrooms are old house basic but clean and met our requirements. Stayed only a night. Bedroom 1 has 2 queens, Bedroom 2 & 3 have 1 queen 1 single in each room, Bedroom 4 ( downstairs) has 1 queen bed. Water bottles in each room, complimentary coffee sachets, travelling toothbrush, toothpaste and combs. Hairdryer, ironing board and washing machine provided. A very short walk to the main road that has a popular hawker kopitiam, nail salon, hair salon, La Vita Grocer (my new favorite), convenience store and durian stalls! Within a minute drive is 7/11, Speedmart 99 where you can get booze at cheaper price, and drop off/pick up center for a host of courier companies including Shopee, Aramex, etc. About 8-10mins drive to Ipoh Sunway waterpark. Less than 5mins drive to a dim sum kopitiam popular among the locals, AEON Jusco, Lotus supermarket and a few hotpot restaurants.

Nothing we didn't like except to suggest a table lamp in each room for ladies to apply makeup.
