The Bostancı Otel

It was a short stay, and the location was convenient. The staff was helpful, and I checked in very quickly. My car was parked safely.

Everything was ok I just wanted to rest before driving away. It was quiet and clean, and I had no problem falling asleep.

“All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The girls of housekeeping team were excellent and cleaned the room every day. The hotel has a great location and offers free parking.”

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast was nice with a good selection. The staff truly made the experience special—Islam Bey and Firat Bey were especially helpful throughout our stay. A special thank you as well to Emrah Bey for checking us in so politely and efficiently. The cleaning staff were also very polite and attentive, which made our stay even more comfortable. The location is excellent, just a short walking distance to Bostanci Marmaray station. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again

Everything was fine thank you

The hotel was near the location that we had to visit the next day and that’s the reason why chose this hotel. The only professional and nice receptionist was a young man that had just started. He was also the only one who spoke English and was very helpful. They are supposed to have a valet who parks your car, hence the reason why they take your car keys. However, he was away somewhere and the next morning when we had to leave, he was again nowhere to be seen and the gentlemen at the reception started arguing with each other and it came out that they didn’t have the car keys of the car that was parked 1 cm away from ours. Anyway, we managed to get our car out on our own but the older receptionist was seriously unprofessional, they just left, did not say goodbye or anything. The room smelled like an ashtray, there literally was an ashtray in the room so smoking is allowed hence the unpleasant smell everywhere. You can hear when someone whispers in the room next to you, keep that in mind in case you are a light sleeper. We won’t be returning and I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone.
