Although we did not meet our host, communication was clear and directions to the property were excellent.
The views from the property were spectacular.
There was ample parking close by at Piazza Carrel, a short walk from the accommodation.
Good size for 3 people but it would be a bit snug for 5, especially with one bathroom.
The electricity, in the welcome letter we were advised about the electrical outages and the instructions to reset the electricity were clear.
Using one ring on the stove and the grill for toast was enough to blow the electrics. Cooking a full meal is out of the question. i.e using stove and oven. Which is such a pity as the facilities were superb.

Vista meravigliosa, appartamento spazioso, ben arredato e dotato di ogni comfort.
Il posteggio non è in loco ma è davvero a pochissimi minuti a piedi in un tratto completamente piano quindi nessun disagio.

There was nothing special that I liked there, except for the host's attitude.
1. Parking is far away (although free and plentiful) 2. Not a particularly comfortable climb with equipment and luggage, and of course the road is wet, muddy, and dark. 3. Uncomfortable beds 4. The lighting in the apartment is a bit dark
