Nice place but not well managed.

Nice apartment in a good location. All fixtures and fittings you would need. Well appointed kitchen.

Recently painted bedroom was unusable due to paint fumes. We were not told about painting before arrival. Owners representative recommended we sleep on sofa in lounge as work around, which was in our view a poor solution. Instructions for heating system incorrect and took us 24 hours to get it working with some assistance. Also missing remote control for fire and poor instructions made it difficult to use. Internet was ADSL and as such only 10 Mbps downs and 1Mbps up.

Location is great, about 5 - 10 mins from the town centre, opposite the play park in Valley Gardens. Spacious, some really nice touches, especially the tea, coffee and sugar. On street parking was fine, can be a but busy when schools kick out and weekends but not a problem for us.

Nice location but property could do with a bit of attention overall.

Location good. Decent sized rooms. Beds and towels ok.

Tv didn’t work properly at all. Internet only (no terrestrial) and poor internet connection. Extremely frustrating. Oven was terrible, barely worked at all. Noisy boiler. No obvious recycling facilities. En suite bathroom pretty poor, tiny sink, shower door not big enough. Toilet seat in main bathroom broken. Blinds a bit rubbish throughout. Clock didn’t work in kitchen.

Lovely 2 bed 2 bath apartment in Harrogate

Everything it was just perfect. Lovely large comfortable apartment, perfect for a mini break in Harrogate. Nice quiet location. Fully equipped with good bathrooms and comfortable beds.

Felt warm when we walked in. Clean place with a lovely bay window view of the park. Lots of parking on the road. Plenty if shops nearby. A decent kettle which wasnt full of limescale was good to see. Two bathrooms/ensuite was a bonus.

Lamp wasnt working in the living room but there was a second lamp there.

Very well presented flat, clean, warm and obviously newly refurbished.

Bedrooms a little tight for space, fine for a short stay. I personally would prefer to deal with a real person rather than a key box, but needs must. Could do with a bread board?
