Really beautiful spot, we’ll definitely come back! One of the best locations on Lake Como. There are several beaches nearby, plus a nice promenade and walking paths, not like a lot of other places where it’s just a road or private houses/villas right on the water. The apartment was super cozy and spotlessly clean. The host was very friendly and helped with any questions we had. It had everything you’d need iron, hair dryer, dishes, and so on. Every room had air conditioning, and the neighbors were nice and friendly too. There’s also a place to park your car for free. Down by the shore there’s a marina where you can, visit a restaurant, rent a boat or park your own.

It was very nice that the host picked us up from the ferry. Even when we got a bit lost walking around she came to pick us up in 5 minutes which was really kind. It was very clean, bed comfortable. Kitchen was spacious and had everything and more we needed. They even gifted us a bottle of wine, coffee pods, bottles of water, jam, and biscuits!

Wifi was very bad, difficult to get a good connection. There was no information in English about how to get to the boardwalk down by the lake, how to open the gate, how to use the stove. A hand book with this information or recommended restaurants, things to do would have been nice but nothing was provided. In addition, the bath towels were hard and small, only one face towel, and very little was provided in the bathroom - no hand soap, no bath soap, no tissues. Very basic things should have been provided for guests. The sheets and pillows and blanket could be changed - not good quality (bright red orange, lumpy and patterned).
