An ideal base for a family (or not) ski trip , clean, warm, and perfectly located.

The apartment felt like brand new ,everything was very nice, modern, and extremely clean. It was also warm and cozy, which was perfect for a winter stay. The host was very polite, friendly, and always helpful. A really nice touch is that you can order fresh bread from a selection list for the morning. The location is excellent. It’s very close to the Fendels ski resort ,you can even walk there if you want. Fendels is a small ski resort but highly recommended if you are skiing with kids. The ski school there has very nice instructors, and young children don’t even need a ski pass. Another big plus is the central location: 15–20 minutes to Serfaus–Fiss–Ladis About 35 minutes to Nauders And a bit more to other big ski resorts like Sölden, Ischgl, etc. So it’s a great base if you want to explore several ski areas.

Great ski escape

Apartment is very clean, modern and spacious. Bread service is available, owner, Eveline, can arrange fresh bread before you wake up based on list from local bakery. Beds are very comfortable, tv is available in every room, WiFi works very well. Kitchen is fully equipped with lots of pots and pans. Coffee maker and egg boiling machine is also available. Bathroom is also spacious. Lightbulbs might’ve been a bit brighter to my taste, but that does not impact overall greatness of this apartment. It takes 20-25 minutes to get to Serfaus or Fiss.

die Vermiterin war äußerst freunlich und zuvorkommend. Wir fühlten uns gut aufgehoben. In der Küche war alles vorhanden, was wir brauchten. Die Betten waren sehr bequem! Der Brötchenbestellservice war perfekt. Die Lage (Nähe zur Piste) ist sehr gut.

Super eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit sehr freundlichen Gastgebern. Brötchenservice am Morgen war super. Die Lage ist top für Ausflüge am Sommerberg oder in Servaus-Fiss-Ladis.

Unterkunft ist modern "leicht alpenländisch" eingerichtet Wertige Möbel -BRÖTCHENSERVICE ist Super!!! bei der ruhigen idyllischen Lage des Bergdorfes Fendels -Gastgeber sind nett, aufmerksam und jederzeit ansprechbar -Betten sind super bequem -Kücheneinrichtung ist alles vorhanden, vollzählig und im einwandfreien Zustand -Außenbereich Terrasse modern gestaltet Grosser gemütlicher Tisch Relexliege

Privatsphäre ist nicht gegeben da als Sichtschutz nur Kübelpflanzen zur direkt angrenzenden Wohnung existieren dadurch ist der Bereich nicht klar abgegrenzt und andere Gäste /Kinder Zugang haben wo die Intimsphäre nicht besteht -In unserem Fall sind die Bauarbeiter/Handwerker und neuen Gäste von der angrenzenden Wohnung in unseren Terrassenbereich gekommen haben sich umgeschaut obwohl wir anwesend waren und uns dadurch massiv gestört fühlten -Trennwand zur anderen Wohnung dünn dadurch sehr hellhörig Müllentsorgung lässt sich noch besser gestalten Gemeinschaftliche Reinigungsuntensilien gegebenenfalls austauschen/reinigen/kontrollieren

Perfekter Erholungsurlaub!

Super saubere Wohnung, sehr liebevoll und modern eingerichtet. Sehr nette Familie und eine wirklich tolle Versorgung mit Info´s. Vom Brötchenservice, einen sehr schönen Garten/Balkon über Grillmöglichkeiten... meiner Meinung hätte man nichts verbessern können! Gerne wieder!
