Location spot on with a good view of the bay
We were surprised to see a shed blocking our view which was not included in the photos when we made the booking

Lots of space including downstairs for the kids to have own space.
New shed next door impedes some of the beautiful view.

It was fantastic all round from the kitchen to the showers spa bath location the view (other than the ugly shed blocking a lot of it) was a good stay. coffin bay never disappoints there was only one draw back to the place other than that it's a 10/10 stay
Beds are rock hard and need a pillow topper but other than that small draw back it's a great place to stay overall

Great location. Very spacious for 2 families. Walking distance to beach and oyster trail walk. Great backyard.
Hot water ran out one day but they were great got a plumber in straight away and fixed it up so didn’t happen again for our stay.
