About this house rental
This modern comfortable well presented holiday home sleeps 8 guests, and is perfectly laid out with 4 good sized bedrooms, two bathrooms and a second television area downstairs with Rattan Furniture. Microwave and Bar fridge..... Located just off the Esplanade, guests can enjoy the beautiful views without being on the busy Esplanade. This is a great property to base yourself in Coffin Bay.
Upstairs you will find the air-conditioned open plan living area and a well equipped `Foodie`s Kitchen` with plenty of bench space and a dishwasher. Coffin Bay Retreat has plenty of room for large family groups. The wall-to-ceiling windows offer great views over the bay - not to mention the amazing sunsets over Coffin Bay National Park.
Everyone will be volunteering to cook the barbecue on the spacious front balcony - the views don`t get better. There is also a lovely, well maintained garden complete with fish cleaning facilities and plenty of area for the kids to run around.
A large Gazebo is situated in the rear of the properties with soft furnishings to cater for that long extended Happy Hour which will lead into a delayed BBQ.

The house nice, a little dated but nice. All bedrooms are downstairs not much insulation between living area upstairs and bedrooms so can be a little noisy.
Living area has a beautiful view and is bright.
It was in a peaceful quiet area. Property manager was very helpful and approachable.
We enjoyed our stay.

With 7 of us across 3 generations this property could not have been better.
Bedroom and bathroom allocation was ideal and the upstairs “lifestyle” facilities so good. Add a generous back lawn, cabana and clothes hoist and we were very comfortable. And then there was the location — not too bad at all !
No hesitation recommending this very comfortable holiday home.
