The hotel is wonderful, warm and feels luxurious. The best bed I’ve ever slept on. Location is central and convenient for the purpose of our trip. The garden is magical and I can only imagine how well use it will be in the summer. The continental breakfast was incredibly good, the lady who served us during our 3 days stay was super attentive, full of fresh pastries and the savoury selection, including bread, was great. We ate twice at its own bistro and the quality of the food is excellent. The menu is really interesting with ample of choices. Both meat and fish were cooked to perfection and the seasoning of the dishes was on point. Desserts are delicious!
It feels like though the hotel is subsidiary of an excellent restaurant/bistro. Reception is not always attended and when so by waiters on the off chance. A non-Dutch version of the menu was not available, and although we speak 4 languages we had to Google translate it.

A lovely hotel with a slight quirkiness to it! Our bed was huge and so comfortable! The bistro is beautiful and the food was fabulous. Breakfast was lovely.
Not a fan of showers over baths but that wasn't really an issue. Bathroom was lovely and big.

De mensen van het hotel waren super gastvrij en heel aardig!
Ik vond het hotel 'outdated'. In de kamer waar ik sliep waren de kitrandjes in de douche niet fris, zat er behang los. Was het kastje van de minibar stuk. Het aan- en uitknopje van het lampje boven het bed was kapot. Waardoor ik het lampje eruit moest draaien om te gaan slapen. Het raam kon open, maar niet op een kier, zodat ik dat niet veilig vond om te doen. Ontbijt was karig. Het was het allemaal 'net niet'. Zeker niet voor die prijs die fors is. Ik betaalde ruim 300 euro voor 2 nachten en daar verwacht ik echt meer voor. De locatie is prachtig en het gebouw ook. En de dame die het ontbijt verzorgde maakte veel goed. Super vriendelijk.
