Once we had heating on, out stay was ok but we didn't think it was worth the price we paid.
location, comfy bed.
Apartment cold on arrival & couldn't get heating working. There was no milk & coffee there as stated in e-mail. These issues were sorted out after a couple of phone calls to the owner.

Very good
Centrally located in a beautiful old rural town near to historic sites surrounded by attractive countryside just by all the outdoor activities on Rutland Water. Good for cycling and walking. With the train and buses Oakham is well connected. We didn't use the car all week which was parked on the site,

Clean, well decorated, beautifully presented, had everything required. In a good position in Oakham, and was very quiet.

I don’t like the Croft The location is right next to the train station and gateway is not nice. There’s not enough towels and toilet paper you should buy them on your own The owner came and gave you a milk but actually spying on you They are not nice people Besides it if you shower once there’s no hot water for hours and water pressure is so weak

Good place to stay for a trip to Oakham.
Good location, plenty of space, good air-conditioning on a very hot weekend, so most welcome. Very close to the centre of the town, handy for the railway station if needed.
The entrance to the property is a little strange. Other than that everything was fine.

Great location for two in a ‘living history’ town.
Clean, comfortable, well furnished, modern. Nice white linen.
Not quite enough cutlery or crockery to be able to use the dishwasher efficiently.
