We enjoyed a comfortable and pleasant stay in Lonavala during Winter. The location is great, surrounded by greenery and perfect for enjoying the cool winter weather. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, making the stay very comfortable.
The staff was courteous and helpful, and the overall service was smooth. The calm atmosphere and value for money made this a relaxing getaway. Would definitely recommend this hotel for a December visit and would love to stay again.

Location was good overlooking the Pawna
The pillow covers had holes and the duvet cover was torn. The dinner was disappointing and we ended up leaving most of it. Overall did not find it was value for money as we have stayed at better places paying as much as we did.
