Lejligheden ligger i roligt kvarter, der skal være ro fra 22-08. Har egen p-plads i parkeringskælderen. Der er et aflåst skirum. Har den smukkeste udsigt. Der er 5 min. gang til kabineliften og byen. Der er fuldt funktionelt køkken med nespressomaskine, salt, peber og opvaskemaskine med tabs, samt viskestykker, karklud, svamp og opvaskemiddel.
Ældre indretning, men ikke noget større problem.
