About this apartment rental
Spacious high floor duplex with full sea view from the 2 floors in Princess Tower in Dubai Marina. Consists of 3 spacious bedrooms with double beds. The master bedroom has upgraded bathroom / steam room. First floor is dedicated for the living room and kitchen. Long balconies on 2 floors with full view of the ocean, Palm Jumeirah and other major attractions.
The apartment is situated on the 75th floor of Princess Tower. Guest toilet and extra bathroom are also available on first floor of the apartment. There is also an extra room for luggage. There are 2 sitting areas that you can use, one in the living room and in the kitchen area. The second level has all the 3 bedrooms and the 2 bathrooms. You can enjoy the view of the sea from the living room, kitchen and all the bedrooms.
Private parking for 2 cars inside the building. Accessibility to tram station, restaurants, malls, and recreational activities. Very close to major luxury malls in Dubai.
Other notes:
*Passport copy of all the guests are needed to be sent by email prior to arrival in order to process registration with the building management to provide you access to the building and the apartment. Upon arrival, the building reception will require you to present the passport for verification.
*Housekeeping and laundry service can be provided during your stay with a charge per service.

This is a superb property and has it all. Location, view, convenience and very friendly and communicative property managers.
The two story apartment has two full length balconies overlooking the Palms. The panaromic view runs from JBR, Dubai Eye, Dubai Skydiving, Palm and Burj Al Arab. You can spend the morning to see sun soak the Palms. If you are in the apartment during the evenings, the sunset would be spectacular.
You can walk to Marina - which is lined by lit trees and restaurants. A perfect spot to spend an afternoon or a leisurely walk. Further down is famed JBR. you can walk their or a short cab ride.
If you are into adventure, Dubai Skydiving gives one of the best places to jump off the plane. You get to see the plane take off, people jump off the plane and land...all from the comfort of your balconies - we did both!
There are restaurants and groceries nearby. It seems they deliver as well. Metro is closeby as well.
We didnt use any of the facilities but building has swimming pools and car park.
This was our first time in Dubai. The booking experience was great. The property managers Wennie and Jason were communicative throughout and very responsive. Jason met us at the building for check in and check out. He satisfied our requests.
We will definitely consider this place, when we will plan our next trip to Dubai
