This is an older unit that is scheduled for refurbishment in a future year. It can accommodate up to 10 people. It is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, lofted unit that has a complete kitchen, dining area, and working fireplace. Shared coin-operated laundry available at the property, but not in the unit itself.
VERY IMPORTANT: Access to the second floor loft requires going up a narrow (about 2 feet wide), spiral staircase. The loft has one bedroom with queen bed and one bathroom. The narrow staircase is not suitable for those needing assistance with walking or for use by children.

ABOUT: The resort has a terrific location, right across street from Marriott Mountainside and ski lifts, a 5 minute walk away. The property offers WiFi, a business center with computers for use, coffee bar, snap area, swimming pool, hot tub, gym, BBQ area, and views of the mountains and slopes. PARKING: There is only one parking space available on the property for this unit. The parking space is outside on the street adjacent to the building, but is not numbered.
GUEST NAMES: This resort is very strict about name changes. This rental cannot be transferred or sold to another party. Guest must be present with a valid ID and major credit card to check-in.
CHECK-IN: Check-in begins at 4:00 PM (please do not expect to be allowed to check-in earlier than that). Check-out: 10:00 AM. Although check-in time begins at 4:00 pm, you may experience longer check-in times between 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm, as a great many guests arrive and attempt to check-in at this time.
CREDIT CARD: A credit card may required at check-in by property for an additional deposit (separate from the Owner's Damage Deposit) as security or for optional incidental charges.

This is a great property to stay as its close to the lift and slopes.

Nothing fancy but great location and plenty of room for 8-10. The pool, sauna and hot tub were great to have after skiing. The kids loved the game room. Great place for the price and location!
