Excellent service, superb food and romantic location.

Great resort , but when I booked said all fee were included…/and they weren’t should’ve said that parking was not included, which is an extra $40 and a resort fee for another $11. Other than that, it’s a great hotel.

Off season rates look low and offer the usual but there are hidden costs. Although it says breakfast is included on every site that sells their rooms the restaurant is closed and there is no breakfast. They also charge $40 a night for parking and a 10% resort fee that are hidden in the small print somewhere. They are selling a studio room with a Murphy bed and it should be great. The mattress is comfortable but the bed sits on the floor with a slab that crunches ties until you finally remember. There are no side tables or lights near the bed so there is the added bonus of going across the room to turn of the lights when ready to sleep and then running into the edge of the bed with toes once again. The nice person at reception did take off the parking charge after hearing that story along with the fact that the outdoor hot tub didn’t work in spite of finding someone who said they would fix it , but she was adamant for a long time that the price made the missing parts ok. It didn’t!

Our weekend at The Chateaux was absolutely amazing! The hotel is spotless, beautifully maintained and the staff are genuinely kind and attentive. The breakfast buffet is fantastic — the cottage cheese pancakes are incredible, and the eggs are some of the best I’ve ever had. I usually don’t enjoy eggs at hotels (and I eat them often), but these were truly exceptional! To make it even more special, the staff surprised me with a delicious birthday cake and a personalized card with congratulations — it absolutely made my day and added such a thoughtful touch to the stay. The spa and pool area are clean and relaxing, and the location couldn’t be better for an easy, high-quality getaway. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious vacation. Things to know: parking is $40 per night plus a $40 resort fee — it’s not clearly mentioned anywhere, so just keep that in mind when planning your stay. Overall, it was an excellent experience. The only thing I’d change is the soap — it’s quite oily and leaves a residue on your skin, like you didn’t fully rinse it off. Other than that, everything was perfect!
