Crescent Sands F4 is a lovely 3 bedroom, 3 bath oceanfront condo located in the Crescent Beach section of North Myrtle Beach. Unit F4 is located on the 4th floor, has an elevator, and an absolutely beautiful view of the ocean! The North Myrtle Beach rental has been recently updated. The three bedrooms have carpet and the remainder of the condo has wood-grained tile. The master bedroom is furnished with a king bed (new Hybrid memory foam mattress), television, master bath (tub and shower combination), and oceanfront balcony. The 2nd bedroom has 2 double beds (new box spring/memory foam mattresses), television, and private bath (tub and shower combination). The 3rd bedroom has a king bed and television. The 3rd bathroom (shower stall) is in entered from the hallway.
The comfortable and nicely decorated living and dining area opens up to the oceanfront balcony. There is a full kitchen (with a Keurig coffee maker) supplied with all of your cooking needs. This condo is equipped with a washer/dryer, free WIFI, a total of 4 televisions, a CD player, Blu Ray player, and 2 DVD players. The inviting pool and deck are just steps from the ocean and a grilling area with picnic tables is available for your convenience.
Crescent Sands is conveniently located in the Crescent Beach section of North Myrtle Beach. Just minutes away are varieties of restaurants, shopping, adventure, and entertainment. Barefoot Landing is definitely a favorite of tourists with the House of Blues, Alabama Theatre, LuLu's Cafe, Blueberry Grill, Alligator Adventure, Duplin Winery, and much more. Broadway at the Beach is packed full of places to eat, play, shop, and celebrate! There is one departure clean fee and one linen fee for the entire reservation that varies according to the number of beds the rental has and the location of the rental. These fees will be added on to the total of your reservation. Reservationists will give you the fee amount of the fees before you make the reservation.

Wow! What a find! The condo was perfect for us. We had breakfast on the porch each morning overlooking the beach. So convenient. The beds were very comfortable and kitchen had everything we could ever need. It was hard to leave. Definitely would stay here again.

The condo building is great and the beach is so nice. We are a family of 5 and were very comfortable here. The building has a great location to nearby attractions and activities. I would definitely stay here again.

The condo is very well located, but needs a little bit of love the maintenance man should spend a day to fix faucets kitchen drawers and cupboard doors ect ect
