About this apartment rental
Located in the desirable Crescent Beach section of North Myrtle Beach, our condo has a King size bed in the master bedroom, two twins in the second and queen-size bed in the third. Sleeper sofa is a queen. If three couples rent, we can move the 2 twins together to make another King Size bed. We will do the furniture moving-so ask when you book this condo. The master bedroom has its own private balcony with great sunrise and ocean views, and master bath with a whirlpool tub, and double sinks. End unit with windows on 2 sides, giving you better views.
The condo also has a fully-equipped kitchen with all the appliances you'd have at home. There is also a washer and dryer inside the unit. The dining room has a table for six with a bay window to view the beach area, and bar stools at the breakfast bar. We also have a stereo system with CD player. All the bedrooms have a flat screen TV's and DVD player in LR. Gaming systems connect for the kids. We also have a high speed wireless internet connection, so bring your laptop to check email or look for things to do in Myrtle Beach. Tourists' favorites include Barefoot Landing, where there are shops and dining galore, Tanger Outlet, Pirates Voyage, House of Blues, Alabama Theater, and more. Broadway at the Beach is just a drive away where you can find more to do and nightlife to enjoy. Our building also has a secured lobby and twin elevators for quick service. What a wonderful vacation right on the beach! The listing does not exaggerate the view from the units’ balconies. Perfect for a quiet family vacation with so much to do and see nearby. The Building is full of friendly people and it is extremely well kept. The unit itself was perfect for six of us. To get to the beach and pool was a snap. We loved being able to cook meals at the condo and do laundry. We would definitely like to come back! The unit was absolutely fine and cute just could use a little paint and updates. We would definitely stay again. Easy check in and Ron the owner is absolutely wonderful! Kitchen is well stocked to cook meals easily.

The reviews talked about how great this unit was. They said even though it was dated, it was very clean. Well I’m here to say that this unit is very dated and not clean. The mattress is in 2nd bedroom is 28 years old. It has stains on the mattress and stains on the mattress cover. The bathroom is very small and needs cleaned thoroughlyThe master bedroom has the tag cut off the mattress so who knows how old that is. The pillow shams are different than the quilt and the bed skirt is different than the pillow shams and the quilt. There is so much dust on the walls by the sliding glass doors. There’s so much dust on the ceiling by the vent that the ceiling is a different color. The master has a tub that is so old, that he took the switch out so you can’t use the jets. Ron tried to tell me that the refrigerator couldn’t get are food cold because the newer refrigerators have smaller condensers. Well that refrigerator was made 04-08. It wasn’t keeping up because of the age of that refrigerator. It also had a broken shelve and another shelf missing. In the add it says pool, it’s and indoor pool. This whole unit needs a good scrubbing with new furniture. I did love the view.
