About this house rental
Our 2,500 square foot residence was built in 2018 and features 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms and is located just 3 miles from downtown Durango and 27 miles (30 minutes) from Purgatory Ski Resort.
This home is in one of the nicest residential settings in the Durango area and features amazing views to the north over the Animas Valley - yet is just minutes from downtown Durango. At an elevation of 7,000 feet, enjoy an alpine setting with exceptional views, while being close to all of the incredible amenities and recreation you come to Durango to experience.
The house features central AC and high end finishes you would expect in a brand new custom home while the generously equipped gourmet kitchen features gas stove, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.
Please note that the 4th bedroom is located over the garage and is access via a separate entrance. AC was added to this bedroom in October 2023.
One parking spot is available in the garage (owner keep their car in the other space). There is also room to park two more cars in the driveway.

Master - King (TV) Main Level
2nd - Queen (TV) Main Level
3rd - Queen (TV) Main Level
4th - Queen and single Blow up mattress with pump - (Located over the garage via a separate entrance).
This home is pet friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs max and the pet fee is $40/day (for a max $250 per stay).
Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).

Beautiful house with a thoughtful floor plan, in a great area. It was super clean and extremely well stocked. The deck was a great gathering place with plenty of seating and amazing views. There wasn’t anything about the property that disappointed us. I must also mention that the management company was a pleasure to work with. They were always quick to respond to any questions from the moment I booked to checkout. This was by far a favorite rental for our family.

This home in Durango was perfect for our stay for our daughter‘s 35th birthday with some of her friends. The check in/code entry was very easy. The kitchen was very well stocked with implements and some herbs, etc.. The deck facing the mountains was lovely to sit on, and the hot tub great too Soak tired muscles after ATVing, horseback riding, etc.. All the bedrooms and beds were comfortable, the bathrooms, clean, and lovely.

This was one of the prettiest places we have stayed. Views were stunning, house was beautiful, house was very clean and had everything we needed. There were eight of us so one couple stayed above the garage which was no problem as it was summer. We would definitely stay here again!
