This exceptional Orange Beach condo, perched on the 3rd floor, is a haven of relaxation with breathtaking views of the white sandy beaches and the Gulf of Mexico, visible from both the spacious private balcony and through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the living area and Primary bedroom.
The Primary suite is designed for serenity and comfort, offering a King-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and direct access to the balcony for those serene moments gazing out over the ocean. The Primary bathroom enhances your experience with its dual vanities and a spacious walk-in tile shower. The second bedroom is equally welcoming, with 2 Queen beds, a flat-screen TV, and an attached bath, ensuring comfort for all guests.
The heart of the condo is its fully equipped kitchen, boasting stainless steel appliances and a large breakfast bar, perfect for enjoying meals together. The addition of a wet bar with a separate ice maker makes entertaining a breeze. A convenient half bath and a utility room with a full-sized washer and dryer add to the practicality of this beautiful space.

Condo was amazing. Needed new skillet and blanket and it was delivered within an hour! Only complaint is that we should have known which parking level we were on.

Great location, we have stayed in a different condo at Regency Isle and love that property. This condo was clean, had the perfect amenities. The management was helpful when I contacted them about some things upon arrival and were quick to offer some options to get them resolved. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

The location is great! easy beach access with great sand for the family. Close to music for the adults and within walking distance if you want to have a few drinks. Unit was clean and the balcony is big enough for the whole family to enjoy.

There were a few issues this time which made us sad because we have used liquid life and the Regency Isle many times with very high opinions.1. The patio furniture was too uncomfortable to use. We had to get our own chairs to sit in. With a lot of rain we needed to be in patio a lot. The bed thing on the patio was mildewed and so thin it was unusable.2. The bathrooms were dirty and broken when we arrived. Hair wads stuck to the walls in the shower. In the guest bath the toilet was broken and wobbly with floors very dirty. In the main bath one showerhead never got hot and there was hair all over.3. The beds in both rooms have poor quality mattresses with springs poking through - none of us are over weight so that's not good.4. The outlets were either behind furniture unable to be reached or they were loose and all the plugs fell out.On the upside the place was very cute in decor and we were very impressed with how well the kitchen was stocked ready to cook!! The location and view is as always wonderful! And the parking deck is a great plus We are choosing to believe this was a one-off and will definitely return soon!
