Located in an exclusive gated community along the Pacific Coast Highway, this upstairs apartment has 2-bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The house sits about 20 feet above sea level and provides you with a front row view of the Pacific Ocean from the 2nd floor.
There is no access to the beach from the house. Access to the beach is a 5min. walk (.2miles) to Capistrano Beach Park. Please do not trespass on the neighbor's property to access the beach,
This private community is conveniently located between Dana Point Harbor and the charming community of San Clemente. Quick access to numerous restaurants, shops, water sport activities and southern California theme parks makes this an ideal location for you and your guests.
This apartment has a well-equipped kitchen with all the pots, pans, dishes, utensils and appliances necessary to prepare your own meals, as well as a convenient BBQ grill on the spacious patio. The main bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a spacious closet. The second bedroom is conveniently equipped with 2 bunk beds that can sleep up to 4 people. Bed linens and bath towels are also supplied as well as a fully supplied shared washer/dryer. In addition, the comfortable living area is equipped with a TV, cable, phone and internet service to make your stay more convenient and enjoyable. The dining area seats up to 6 people and provides a perfect spot to view the ocean and enjoy the famous Southern California ocean breeze.

The apartment was so amazing and the ocean view was magnificent. The kitchen was well equipped. Patio furniture to enjoy the riar of the ocean, we slept listening the it. Would definitely stay again.

This was our second year coming to this rental. We have nothing but wonderful things to say about the cleanliness, location, comfort and hospitality that the hosts provided. Great little gem in Capistrano!

We had a great time during our week long stay in this beautiful rental. Everything we needed was supplied, the beach was close, and communication with the owner was simple and quick. We will not hesitate to stay again on future visits to the area.

The main reason for us to stay at the beach house was because we wanted direct access to the beach. Unfortunately, the description does not mention that this unit has no access to the beach. This alone was very disappointing to us, considering the price of the property. It also did not mention that there is a construction site directly next to the house, causing a lot of noise and a detour to the public access to the beach. In addition, there are train tracks directly behind the house, also not mentioned in the description. The trains are very loud and disruptive, sometimes shaking the entire house.
Other than that, the property was very clean and included everything we needed. Communication and access of the property was easy.
