Located in the middle of Southern California’s beauty, Riviera Beach & Shores Resort on Capistrano Beach is perfectly positioned between lush rolling hills and the glistening coastline. The resort offers spacious accommodations that feature a partial kitchens. Enjoy the resort’s two swimming pools, hot tubs and fitness center, or venture out to one of the nearby beach towns.
Well appointed studio suite includes, queen bed and sleeper sofa a kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, two burner cook top and coffee maker a full bathroom and Balcony/Patio.
Riviera Beach and Shores Resort share amenities as they are located just steps from each other. Guest will have access to multiple pools, hot tubs, a fitness center (age restrictions apply), BBQ grills, games room & arcade and bike rentals (fees may apply).
Capistrano Beach`s charming small town atmosphere and a myriad of recreational opportunities have christened it a viable vacation destination. Branching off from the city of Dana Point, “Capo Beach” is also bordered on by the vivacious Laguna Beach to the north and San Clemente to the south. As one of the few remaining `beach towns` in the busy Orange County area, Capo Beach has (impressively) avoided much of the commercialization common to the area. This makes for a great, uncongested stay.
You will need a vehicle to get to area attractions, hiking, biking, golf, shopping and dining however there is just a short walk to the beach.
Only one vehicle per accommodation may be parked in underground garages. Additional vehicles must be parked outdoors or off-site. Please see front desk agent for more details.

Guests checking in must be 21+ - Much like a hotel, a valid government - issued photo ID is required along with a credit card for security deposit.

Once reservations are confirmed, you will be asked for the name and address of the main guest who will check in (the resort`s front desk will need this information at check in) along with an email address to receive a personal confirmation. Please contact the resort prior to arrival if you anticipate your arrival time would be later than midnight (resort local time). Arrivals after midnight may be subject to cancellation. *Credit card fee`s are non- refundable

All units are assigned by the resort. Unit view, floor, and location of unit on property cannot be guaranteed. Upstairs units have a private balcony and downstairs units have private patios.
The Guest accepts all responsibilities for any damages to the unit or Resort property during the rental period by Guest or Guest’s visiting guests.
Resort amenities subject to availability at any time without notice at the discretion of the resort.
Additional nights extended onto a current reservation must be done with a two night minimum, and is subject to availability.
