Adorable 1 Bedroom 1 Bath condo with ALL NEW FURNISHINGS!

We rented this condo for the entire month of May. It was clean, comfortable, and very well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. For us, the best part about the condo was its location - was central to shops, restaurants, walking trails, etc and was right off Summerlin Parkway. The only negative was that the ceiling was really thin, so we could hear everything the person upstairs did throughout the day (and sometimes night!) as she almost never left her place, which put a bit of a damper on our stay. Overall, would highly recommend if you don't mind some noise from upstairs. :-)

We had a wonderful stay while here in Vegas! Looking forward to another stay...was perfect for us and our needs in this location.

Total excitement about this property from welcome to exit !

My wife and I stayed in the condo for a week while visiting relatives in the area and found it to be better than we expected. The owner is incredibly warm, welcoming, and helpful - the best we've encountered. The condo was spotless clean, and we appreciated a refrigerator stocked with water and soft drinks. We did a lot of meal cooking while there and the condo is stocked with high quality cooking utensils for you - excellent. The location is in a quiet residential neighborhood, in a large condo development. Neither noise or light pollution was an issue - we slept well. Access to every amenity, including a grocery store, is close by. Access to the highway nearby makes travel around Las Vegas convenient. A covered, designated parking spot is assigned to visitors. The bed was very comfortable, and a variety of pillows are available. The TV is large and smart, offering access to streaming channels like Netflix. We've already decided that we'll try to book the condo again on future visits to the area - we liked it that much. Thanks for the use of your condo, and for being such a great host!
