Location was very near our events. There was adequate parking for 2 vehicles and

Residence needs multiple light bulbs replaced. Living room couch was small and uncomfortable. If a garage remote was available, we didn't find it. TV remote in living room on/off switch didn't work.

Great location- easy access to highways... city travel pretty easy to follow....

General condition - Cleaning wasn't thoroughly completed. Dusty throughout. Stairwell carpeting aoiled. Very bad and tacky repair made to the stairs. The repair on the stairs fell/falling apart. The bed frames in both extra rooms are broken. Attempts by your maintenance crew was subpar. They tried to tape the slats to the frames. Window blinds very dirty and broken. Patio door blinds very broken and need replacing. Dumpsters are full and have been since we arrived. There is no room to put anymore trash in cans. Water pressure in the bathrooms is very low. The showers ran slow. The cabinet next to the kitchen sink will not open fully. The left door sticks to the ceiling fixture and that fixture plastic light cover is broken. Kitchen table chairs are cheap and flimsy. One of the chairs missing leg support. More guidance for using the oven and wifi. Could not access Cox wifi info. Was unable to use garage remote and was not specified in the Rently app. Front door lock jams when remotely locking door. You have to pull the front door shut and hold for app to lock.
