Чисто, охайно, дуже ввічливий господар, зручне розташування і гарний під’їзд. Є все необхідне для зупинки, окремо обладнана кухня з усім необхідним навіть питною водою.

удобный съезд с трассы в поселок, нашли по карте легко. парковка внутри на территории, ворота закрываются. было все необходимое для остановки на ночь. в номере много мест хранения и большой шкаф с вешалками, ночью включили отопление. на общей кухне есть холодильник и чайник. кровать не самая мягкая, но постельное пахло порошком и было выдано постиранное полотенце. если не ожидать пятизвездочный турецкий отель за 720 грн - то вполне нормально.
ванна с туалетом совмещенные, общие на три комнаты, но в ванне не было шторки на окне. два одинаковых домика стоят впритык друг к другу и у стеснительных людей такая голая откровенность может вызывать тревогу. в санузле много плесени и унитаз моется по уровню воды, да и ершик тоже был не первой свежести. общая кухня не самая чистая. если обработать санузел хлоркой и отмыть кухню - будет отлично.
