The property is right in front the bus station to Machu Picchu and on the Aguas Calientes river. The rooms are clean and the staff ready to help: they had breakfast very early to allow you reach the site at the time required, neo tour bags for the entire day and let us use the dining room (with coffee / tea) until our departure

Well located just in front of where you will line up for the Manchu Picchu bus. and where you buy that bus ticket. Views over the river and one of the bridges to the other side of town.
Nice friendly staff.
You enter through a gift shop.
There are Many restaurants & stores in area and a big open multi stall market (they all have exactly same stuff)
The bathroom was small but nice and we had a tea maker in our room which was nice to have.
Noisy at night and into early morning with loud music coming from somewhere outside.

Very well located on the river, a short walk from the train station & literally outside the bus stop! Helpful staff (though bit of a language barrier), room clean and mostly quiet other than the noise of the river, and packed lunches was a nice touch.

It’s ok, the room is as advertised but it doesn’t show you that it’s actually above a market shop with no lobby area and at night time you have to open a side door to get in. We also had a problem with bugs in our room they were all over the bed! We let them know and they said they would sort it but they seemed to just make the bed as we had the same issue the next night. We also experienced some bites. The staff are nice but it doesn’t feel very clean and I wouldn’t return
