Iliovolo Guesthouse

Πολύ άνετο και πεντακάθαρο δωμάτιο! Απίστευτη θέα στο Πήλιο και τον Παγασητικό κόλπο από το δωμάτιο αλλά και το χώρο του εστιατορίου τους! Γενικά μια ήσυχη περιοχή που βοηθά στη ζητούμενη χαλάρωση των διακοπών και το κατάλυμα παρέχει ό,τι χρειάζεται για αυτό το σκοπό! Δεύτερη φορά που το επισκεπτόμαστε μετά από 10 χρόνια και δεύτερη φορά που μένουμε απόλυτα ικανοποιημένοι.

Great room (I think technically we got a small upgrade), beautiful views. Very helpful staff. The breakfast is a must and it is truly excellent. Just a short walk away from the village.

This lovely guesthouse is located in the village of Milies, in the mountains between the east and west coasts of Pelion - about 30 minutes to the west coast and about 45 minutes to the east coast. The air is cool and fresh, the town is quiet. Our room was excellent, and included a patio with a stunning vista of the gulf below. Beautiful sunsets! The room was very clean, spacious, functional and cozy. Plenty of room. The bathroom/shower was modern and lovely. The bed was very comfortable - the best we had on our trip! We slept soundlessly. Breakfast was excellent and very filling. A large selection of very tasty foods. The proprietors are a very lovely family, very welcoming and accommodating. For people who plan to spend most of their time on the beach - they'd do better finding a coastal village. But for people who want to visit both the east and the west coasts, or the mountain villages, and want some peace and quiet at night - this property is ideal. We loved our stay here and would definitely come back!

The owners did not speak English so communication was difficult. The property has only 4-5 parking spots, otherwise one has to park a bit further along the road. Although the property is usually very quiet, occasionally a truck would go by and make some noise. Nonetheless, no such trucks woke us at night (we slept very well).
