About this villa rental
The Lanterns is a development of stunning villas set back in the hills of Karaagac, Esentepe.
Our villa No 1 The Lanterns offers unspoilt panoramic sea views to the rear of the property and gorgeous Mountain views to the front and side.
Living areas are bright and spacious and enjoy large picture windows with stone surrounds creating a luxury feel and a calm and relaxed environment for your family and friends.
No1 The Lanterns benefits from the largest plot on the development, with landscaped gardens, a drive that will easily fit 4-5 cars, and private overflow swimming pool.
Downstairs the property benefits from a huge open plan lounge, kitchen, dining area and shower and toilet room. With 4 terraces accessed directly from the property. The lounge area includes a large corner sofa and flat screen TV with DVD player- with a huge selection of dvd’s for both children and adults. Free wifi is accessed throughout the property.
The terrace from the kitchen area leads down onto the pool terrace, which is surrounded by established plants to create privacy and benefits from outdoor seating, and sunloungers. A good sized parasol also provides a bit of shade in the heat of the sun.
The pool get’s full sunshine in the morning, and in the afternoon part of the pool is shaded by the villa as the sun moves around toward the Mountains, before popping back over to provide full sun on the pool again in the evening.
Upstairs are three large bedrooms, the master bedroom has a superking size bed, en-suite, balcony to the North and Juliet balcony to the west. The second bedroom has king size bed, large windows to the North and Juliet Balcony to the East. The third bedroom has a double bed, Juliet balcony to the North and balcony to the East.
There is a large family bathroom, with shower over bath and toilet, and a washing machine can be found on the upstairs landing.

We stayed at No1 The Lanterns, from the moment we walked into the property we felt at home, the feel in this property is that it is a home not a holiday rental.
The Villa was well equipped for all our needs, not only in the kitchen, also plenty of towels not only for the bathroom but also the pool.
On arrival the welcome was greatly appreciated.
Plenty of out door furniture, loungers around pool, everything we were told would be there was.
This was our first family holiday with our 10mth old granddaughter, and we could not have asked for a better child friendly place, everything we had asked for, for our stay was there, travel cot, high chair, baby walker, bottle steriliser and toys, all were perfect.
The book of information in the Villa with regards to local shops, restaurants and water delivery man etc was also very useful as well as general information about the Villa.
The pool at the Villa was clean and maintained as stated.
Location for us was perfact close to family, views from both sides of the Villa were stunning, especially sun rise and sun set.
Overall the Villa is perfact and would stay there again.
