Amazingly helpful, friendly host with quick response time. She gave us so much information to help us with our stay such as local supermarkets, taxi numbers, delivery services etc which we massively appreciated. Zoe got us booked in and able to enter the apartment within just a few hours saving us from a very difficult situation where we had to leave our previous accommodation. Loved the apartment; spacious, lovely presentation, bright and airy, super comfortable beds and sofa (we will be purchasing a mattress just like this when we get home!), lots of bedding, towels, hangers and storage space provided. Fully functioning and greatly appreciated air conditioning in living space and bedrooms, all the white goods needed (washing machine, fridge, cooker, microwave). Lovely huge balcony area with great views and lovely views out of each window. Small but suitable TV and functioning WiFi included which is very much appreciated. Small lift in building to access apartment if you don't want to use the stairs which again is very much appreciated. Parking available and medium sized shared swimming pool on the grounds which was very pretty and quiet with a cute little bridge over the middle. The complex itself is really nicely presented and quiet with lots of cute, friendly cats dotted around and private access via coded gates. Just a 20 minute walk to the very pretty village of Pyla with a few small shops and places to eat. About a 25 minute drive to Larnaca and Ayai Napa which have beautiful beaches and tonnes of shops, restaurants and things to do. Definitely recommend having a car; we didn't so had to use taxis which were fairly priced but a car would mean you can move about easier. Pyla and the apartment itself is beautiful and relaxing but if you want to be busy you need transport.

The only thing we would mention is that the apartment walls and blinds could use a little refresh as there are a few marks like squashed bugs and stains. A few suggestions to elevate the apartment even more would be providing some laundry pods, more toilet rolls, more washing up liquid, hand soap, a bath plug that fits and some bin bags especially for the bathroom toilet bin. Overall we LOVED our stay though!

Un appartement sale à notre arrivée, des fourmis et poissons d argent jusque dans les lits Pas de cafetière Le bbq rouillé, même pas vidé. Manque de coussins dans le canapé extérieur. Un salon de jardin avec des chaises aux pieds tordus Un tancarville rouillé, pas d épingles à linge La piscine était non praticable avec une eau jaune, pendant 4 jours ( le nécessaire a été fait par la suite). Pas de rangement dans la salle de bain Les plafonds ont subit un dégâts des eaux ( type infiltration) et la peinture s écaille Les stores sont sales et tachés Immeuble sale en général ( rats) Pas de manuel d instruction ( donc on cherche sur le net la notice de la machine à laver,mais pour ça faut demander les codes wifi) Bref, bcp à dire et dommage car cela pourrait être un super appart

Beds were really uncomfortable The apartment is lovely but definitely needs some TLC , Should have been cleaner on arrival. Had an ant issue Would have appreciated a hoover .
