Il Trebbio is a charming holiday home in Chianti, peacefully located on a hill with panoramic views over vineyards and the gently rolling hills of the region. Here, the classic Chianti landscape reveals itself at its most beautiful. Carefully restored, this traditional stone villa is the perfect choice for a relaxing holiday with family or friends.
Situated in the heart of Chianti Classico, Il Trebbio is ideally placed for exploring the surrounding area. The nearby village of Gaiole in Chianti offers good restaurants, shops and a small COOP supermarket. Many wineries in the area welcome visitors for tastings and guided tours. The cultural cities of Siena, San Gimignano, Florence and Arezzo are perfect for day trips.
The house features a covered terrace with a dining table, ideal for enjoying meals outdoors, as well as a spacious sun terrace offering the perfect spot to relax and take in the views. The large pool, surrounded by countryside, provides a refreshing retreat on warm summer days.
Inside, the house combines traditional Tuscan features with modern design. Terracotta floors, wooden beam ceilings and exposed stone walls create an authentic atmosphere, complemented by bright colours and contemporary furnishings.
