Staff were welcoming. Dinner was amazing Comfortable bed, room was clean and well presented. Tea and coffee making facilities were good. Breakfast delicious
Bar closed at 10pm. The observatory experience finishes at 11pm, perhaps staying open for guests to have one drink upon return to the accommodation may be an option. This is probably very personal.

The Pheasant is the most beautiful hotel in a more remote location of the country. The rooms are cosy and comfortable and the breakfast is delicious. We didn't arrive till late after a long journey but the staff were very friendly and accommodating.
