Great property! Amazing views and close walk to down to the beach. Plenty of space for the group to spend out. Kitchen is excellent- has everything you would need. Wish the house had the keypad to get in, have to drive to Gualala to pick up the key and drop off the key.

This is the third year we’ve made Saltwater Serenity our summer Sea Ranch home, and we love it more every time. The home is so wonderfully spread out— with the huge master suite, two large bedrooms, a big den with a pull-out bed, and so much additional space upstairs — that each member of the family felt like they had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the phenomenal views.Terrific kitchen stocked with every cooking tool you think you might need — even a waffle iron, which our little one appreciated. The den has lots of games and puzzles, including a few board game that looked brand new. The home even offered a brand new deluxe sand toy set. The hot tub seems to be a new, top-of-line model. Lots of familiar perks, and new ones too this time!We loved the ocean views from the top of the hill. We also saw birds, rabbits, foxes, and even a few deer steps from the back patio. Easy access to trails, and a 5 minute walk to Del Mar recreation center, which we used daily to swim and play pickle ball.Amazing home all around!

Only two of us were able to enjoy the house. My brother-in-law is in critical condition and his daughter and grandkids decided to stay home. Then, my husband needed medical attention so we left after 2 nights. It was too lonely anyway. Only used one bedroom, 1 1/2 bathrooms and kitchen so cleaning fees were excessive. A tv upstairs would have been nice.
