Stayed in Dunedin for month of march 2024

Wonderful host- everything and I mean everything was supplied for our time there.
Great walking through Dunedin- recommend the Beatles museum

The property owners are great and very responsive.
I am not liking the extra fees that VRBO adds.
The HOA there does not heat the pool in January so do not depend on swimming.
Otherwise this location affords a lot of exploring all over the Gulf and the area has an incredible bike trail. It was great to be in a town with no high rises and the best restaurants and entertainment scene.

Karen had a list of events for Dunedin for the month in the condo and lots of little things that make a stay nice. Location is wonderful for market, sunsets and seeing the great horned owls on Victoria Drive, & free yoga Saturday morning. Cute flamingo decorations and even Christmas decorations for December. Comfortable king bed. Pool not heated for winter. 2 small dehumidifier units to empty. Well equipped kitchen since we cooked most of the time. Great place.

Condo is in the perfect location for Dunedin visit. Quiet yet very walkable to downtown restaurants and pier. Short drive to many beaches. Pool area is nice but water is cold.
