Located off of Broughton Lane, this studio carriage house can accommodate two people comfortably. Located in the heart of Savannah’s Historic & Shopping District this charming carriage house offers modern conveniences for todays comfort.
Located upstairs, guests will enter off the lane and head-up one flight of stairs. Atop of the stairs, you'll find the fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and a dining table that can also be used as a designated work space for those here on business. The living spaces offers a plush love-seat, large arm chair, and a flat screen television. A queen size bed is tucked away in the corner of the room, where you can also find the full-size bathroom fitted with large vanity and walk-in shower.
You'll only be minutes from the bustling end of Broughton Street, Savannah’s remarkable shops, sights and culinary scene. Just a short walk of two blocks, you’ll find the attractions of City Market, Bay and River Street. Also close by are the museums and historic destinations such as; The Owens Thomas House, Telfair Museum of Art, The Cathedral of St John the Baptist, The Juliett Gordon Low birthplace, The Mercer Williams House and Forsyth Park.
What is parking like for this home?
Parking for this home is on-street and metered, with enforcement by the City of Savannah Monday through Saturday, 8am to 8pm. Guests may conveniently pay using the ParkSavannah app, feed the meter or parking kiosks directly, or utilize a nearby public parking garage. Pre-paid visitor parking passes are available for purchase at the Parking and Mobility Services office. Please take note of posted Sweep Zone signs when parking on the street.

We had a great time! The rental was very amazing. Centraly located for walking to everywhere. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. Always felt very safe. One problem with the rental is that there is no outlet in the bathroom which I felt was weird. Also there was no Keurig for the unit so we bought one and left it there. It did indeed have a coffee pot but we wanted a Keurig. Hopefully it stays with the unit. Plan on coming back next March again.

We chose this last minute as a getaway before we went on our official honeymoon trip, but everything was great! Perfect location, the room was clean, and even had a little patio/rooftop area that wasn’t posted. Overall I would say it was a great experience.

Excellent response to a need for more towels. Only drawback was the 20 steps to the upper level room when your feet are already tired! We would ask for this space again.
