This beautiful 2300 sq. foot home is located in the Kierland North Scottsdale area and features 4BR/2BA. This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests (maximum of 10 guests w/ use of deluxe air mattress), and is great for families. The home is open, spacious, sparkling clean, and stylish. Watch your favorite shows on three flat panel Roku HDTVs with access to YouTube TV. New furniture and décor throughout the house including brand-new beds and mattresses along with a fully stocked kitchen for your cooking needs. Have little ones, no problem we can provide pack n’ play, changing mat, and a high chair. The driveway holds up to three cars, and self-check in is provided.
The backyard offers a private quiet space, surrounded by trees and desert plants. Professionally landscaped with plenty of patio and dining furniture for relaxing outdoors. Gas BBQ is provided.
Just steps away from Kierland Commons, Scottsdale Quarters, Westin Kierland Resort and Golf Course. The area boasts a walking path that will take you to these destinations and other great shopping and restaurants. Home backs to park and is across the street from Kierland Golf Course. The large park has lighted tennis courts, playground and open areas. Grocery, pharmacy, restaurants, gas, coffee (Starbucks), all ¼ mile from home.

There are numerous pros to this place including location, spaciousness, 3 car garage, beds and the responsiveness of the owner, Steve.
Steve was extremely responsive to questions and issues we had. He was awesome.
On the down side, this was the least stocked rental we have stayed in over the years especially since we were staying there over several weeks. Cooking is important to us to keep costs down. We were surprised to find only salt, pepper, sugar and around 3 other spices. No other items like oil, flour, other common spices, cooking spray, etc. Luckily it was not an issue for us since we drove and could take purchased items with us. The pot and pans selection could be expanded and upgraded. There was plenty of dishes, utensils, silverware and glasses.
Additional cleaning supplies would also be nice. Again we bought supplies for us to clean since we were there for an extended time.
With a little more maintenance and minor upgrades, this place could be 5 stars.

Yard is lovely and peaceful. Pretty house has lot of space. Comfortable beds. Great location for walking to Keirland. Owner had it stocked with necessities like coffee, DW detergent, paper goods. We hope to stay there again.

We loved this house! It was perfect for a long stay in Scottsdale. The house is beautiful and very spacious and the owner stocked the house nicely with essentials (even stocked the fridge with some bottled water). The location is great, near the upscale Kierland mall with tons of restaurants and shopping, and the neighborhood is really nice (only negative was that the yard is not as private as it appears in the pictures but still beautiful).
There were plenty of large fluffy towels and the beds were firm foam beds but were surprisingly comfortable. Would absolutely stay here again!
