We enjoyed our 2 night stay in the tiny cabin, no frills but relaxing! The hot tub was perfect for the chilly nights! Close enough to downtown to enjoy the nightlife and far enough away to enjoy to calm of the mountainlife.
I only rated a 4* for cleanliness as when we arrived the cleaners had not come however we notified the owners and planned to head out to dinner. They were there to resolve the problem and had the place cleaned and ready for us before we returned from dinner.
All in all a great stay!

My dog and I stayed for 3 weeks and couldn't have been more pleased with the entire set up. Quiet and beautiful setting. David and Carolynn proved to be wonderful hosts.

A perfect place for me and my dog. A quick, pleasant drive to downtown Asheville, but far enough from the city to relax. The loveseat had a strange odor and the bathroom faucet is a little tricky, but otherwise, it was very nice. I loved the front door screen and the porch railing and gate. The owner, David, checked in on us, which was very reassuring. Saw deer and a bear in our short stay! I highly recommend this place and the hosts.

It was a good tiny home to stay at for a few days. The hot tub was a nice bonus. My only complaint was the shower in the bathroom there was no way around getting water on the floor a little bit it wasn’t that bad. Overall great place.

We really enjoyed our stay here! We wanted to be near Asheville and still have a secluded area for ourselves. David and Carolyn were extremely available and helpful during our stay, and were super welcoming when we arrived. Thank you for our stay!

The tiny house was great for me and my 2 corgis. Great location to trails for us to walk, several in 15ish minutes. The place was clean and had all I needed. Yes, there is a low beam and the beds are short, but that’s to be expected. Very quiet location, but another rental and a few houses close by. There is a gravel/dirt driveway that some may not like. There is ample room outside for parking. The porch is the best part, awesome rockers. I did not use the hot tub but the standup shower inside is was nice for a tiny house.
I would come back.

Bicycling trip in the Nashville area enjoyed the outdoor porch at the end of a long day of riding nice to get off the beaten path.

5 stars for being dog friendly! Quiet location within a short driving distance to activities, restaurants, and Asheville. This tiny house is cute and cozy and very close to the Deer Haven cabin also for rent on the property. We were able to rent both this and the cabin for a family getaway. The small hot tub was great! I will mention (as another review did) that someone who is tall will have to be careful with one area of the ceiling in the home. The hosts live on the property and are available if there are questions or needs.

The tiny house was just as described. It was a great place for a weekend away. We particularly enjoyed the hot tub after exploring Asheville.
The cabin is conveniently located, just a few minutes from great hiking and zip lining, or shopping and great restaurants.

We will stay there again

The tiny house didn’t feel that tiny! Was very comfortable and had everything we needed!
The front porch was lovely to hang out on and had a hot tub!
The host was very friendly and told us the history of the property and surrounding area.
Our dog could roam free and made friends with the “canine hostess”!
We highly recommend this tiny house and it’s closeness to Asheville 👍

Cute little house, perfect for 2 or a small family!
Loved our stay! The first night we saw 2 bears walk through the property, that alone made our trip. I wouldn't bring more than 2 adults and 2 small children. It truly is tiny but we loved our stay, quiet and peaceful scenery not to far from downtown. Would definitely come back! 💕

Nice grounds. Problem with black flies.
Good.

Nice cabin as described
The cabin was as described and met our expectations as far as size and amenities. We were disappointed at the cleanliness of the cabin, especially the floors and bedding as well as all of the small houseflies and fruit flies. We could not get rid of them despite our best efforts.

Not as expected.
The property is not as convenient to Downtown Asheville as I believe is depicted. The “small cabin” is a travel trailer that has been added onto. There ate two rooms with beds, but they aren’t bedrooms and have no privacy from the rest of the living space. The bunk beds are only 3 feet wide and will not accommodate an adult that is taller than 5’10”. There is a pullout sofa, but the cabin could never accommodate 6 people. There was a flying bug issue in the bathroom. The owners brought a can of bug spray, but every time we went in there, there were at least 10-15 bugs on the walls and in the shower. There was an ant problem in the kitchen also. I’m front of the bathroom, there is a spot in the floor that is sinking.

Cannot recommend enough
This is a fantastic tiny home 15 minutes outside of downtown Asheville. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and it had all the amenities that I wanted. The owners are super friendly and I felt completely welcome with no issues at all during my three nights day. Next time I visit I will look this place up first to see if it's available.

Tiny home perfect for a couple and pet
Perfect little tiny home to be in with your significant other. Quiet area and pretty views in the mountains. We loved the hot tub and porch. Would not recommend for over 3-4 adults. Perfect if you have small children. The host/hostess are very nice and you stay right on their property but you still have privacy!

My husband and I stayed here to explore Asheville. It was perfect for our stay and the description left us with no unexpected surprises. Nice place to be away from the city with a short drive to downtown.

Great location, relaxing stay
The property was spotless and accurate regarding the description. Our favorite part was the hot tub on the porch. The tiny hose was very relaxing and comfortable, exactly what we were looking for to celebrate our anniversary!

Great spot for close friends
Plenty of space for a few close friends, just need to watch your head. Pretty faint smoke smell in the cabin, but not overwhelming.

Nice Quant Spot
Everything was great. Only problem we had was AC quit working half way through first night. Luckily we were able to open the windows and enjoy the cool crisp air.

Wonderful hosts
We had a relaxing visit to this property. The owners were gracious and helpful, even assisting when we couldn’t figure out the TV. For anyone thinking about staying here, you should be aware that it is a trailer with an addition. The bathroom is very small as is the entry to the master. There also is a low beam and raised floor to the addition. My husband, over 6 foot tall, hit his head several times. The tiny home has everything you might need and is tastefully decorated. The laundry is in the cabin next door in the basement.
The area is very quiet and a bit of a drive to downtown which was part of the appeal and the charm.

Five night stay just outside of Asheville
The tiny house is situated in a serene area a few minutes away from Biltmore Lake. Everything was just as described with the exception of the rooms. There is really one room that has closet doors separating it from the rest of the home. The bunk beds are situated in the rear and have no doors separating it from the living/kitchen area. It is a converted camper that has an addition. There is a spacious deck out front that is perfect for taking in the natural beauty. One word of warning for those over 5’10”, the frame connecting the addition is low and I unfortunately hit my head a number of times. It’s not a big deal l, but be aware of it. The tiny house is conveniently located to downtown Asheville and we would certainly stay here again.

Wonderful property
My husband and I had an amazing time at the tiny house! Carolyn and David were very welcoming and answered all of our questions as we settled in. The house is tidy and cozy with many amenities. We made breakfasts and dinners in the tiny kitchen, enjoyed some time in the hot tub, and overall had a wonderful time. We're looking forward to returning in the future.

I wish I could provide a lower rating to sum up my experience at this property, but one star is the lowest. The property is big enough to accommodate 2 or maximum 3 adults. Additionally the owners were dishonest and did not honor their word. My detailed experience below. The property lists that it can accommodate up to 8 people and I had reserved it for 3 nights, but I was shocked when I arrived at the property on Christmas afternoon. Thankfully we were only 5 adults, but it was NOT possible to accommodate even 5 adults. The 4 bunk beds are big enough to sleep kids under 10, the bathroom was comparable to the size of one you would find on an airplane and the kitchen counter was basically a sink. We immediately called VRBO and VRBO added David to the conference call. On the call, I told David about the property being too small and he mentioned on the recorded call that he would issue us a refund and that we were free to find another accommodation on a Christmas evening. Upon getting David's assurance, we immediately left the property and found another accommodation. But later that evening Carolyn messaged us that she will NOT be issuing us the refund and will NOT be honoring the assurance they gave us. If we were told that we would NOT be issued a refund on the call, we would have either ended up staying (although NOT happy) or even driven back home. However we ended up spending money on two accommodations in the middle of tough financial times. The whole episode has been a nightmare and I hope that my review helps others make an educated judgement before booking this property.

Very clean
We enjoyed our very short stay here. The owners were great and I had no issues getting in touch with them. The property was very clean and there were plenty of Linens. We were just a short drive from downtown Asheville.

Just right
We wanted something affordable, away from the big city but close enough, and with a hot tub. This was what we needed and David was even nice enough to help this LOUISIANA girl feel better about driving in the snow when we had to leave
