About this apartment rental

The beginning of 2019 completely renovated, 35m² large apartment in the 2nd Floor of the house Falkenberg, Tiefenbach is the perfect starting point for summer and winter vacationers in Oberstdorf and the surrounding area.
The apartment is perfect for 2-3 adults or 2 adults with 1 child. The balcony offers seating for a wonderful and unobstructed view of the surrounding mountains.
In a few minutes you reach a village shop, a bakery, and a bus stop with direct connection to Oberstdorf. Enjoy the free use of the in-house swimming pool (incl. Showers, changing rooms, etc.), the sauna and the tennis court. Furthermore, there is a table tennis room, a fitness room, as well as washing facilities in the basement at leisure. Benefit from the Allgäu Walser Card (further information at (https://www.oberstdorf.de/ tourist-info / allgaeu-walser-premium-card /), which will be available free of charge for your stay in the Ferienwohnung Esterle posed. Furthermore, you can enjoy the free use of the summer cable cars. Including the 11th. May to 03. November

Apartment ist sehr modern und sauber, das Zusenden des Schlüssels hat auch problemlos geklappt. Leider ist das Gebäude, in dem die Ferienwohnung liegt, sehr veraltet und verwohnt. Hinzu kommt, dass es über 30 andere Parteien in dem großen Komplex gibt. Das ist aus den Bildern nicht ersichtlich. Auch wurde nicht informiert, dass die Sauna nur 2x in der Woche nutzbar ist (mit Voranmeldung auch noch) und das Schwimmbad sehr, sehr kalt ist. Der zugehörige Kraftraum ist leider total veraltet und dreckig, der Tischtennisraum ok, aber nicht richtig beheizt. Daher hat uns das "Rahmenprogramm" um die nette Ferienwohnung garnicht gefallen - schade!
