Jardines Canarios

We stayed in these apartments in Los Cristianos from June 27 to July 5, and everything was absolutely wonderful. The apartment is very spacious, spotlessly clean, and perfectly located — within walking distance to the beach and nearby shops. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We were especially lucky with the host, who was very kind in accommodating. He allowed us to check in earlier than scheduled, which we truly appreciated. One of the highlights was the breathtaking view — the apartment offers a stunning ocean view that made our stay even more special. We would definitely love to come back again. Highly recommended!

Pobyt w Jardines Canarios był zupełnie satysfakcjonujący. Bardzo dobre położenie obiektu w małej odległości od środków transportu (autobusy, prom) i bardzo blisko do plaży i restauracji. Apartament jest bardzo obszerny i cichy. Pokoje i łazienka czyste. Bezproblemowy odbiór kluczy - Rob był natychmiast na miejscu po kontakcie z nim. W miarę elastyczny czas zwrotu kluczy.

The view from the balcony and the fact that the apartment is bright and airy.

1. The location is outside the reach of the public transport and you have to walk 15m to the closest bus station...and it's pretty hilly. Around the apartment, all restaurants are super bad (touristic) except for El Rincol del pollo de Adeje and the supermarkets don't have much variety. 2. IMPORTANT: this is apartment is NOT located where it shows on booking.com while making the reservation. It's not near the bus station of Los Cristianos! It's all the way to the end of Av. Juan Carlos I near Arona Gran Hotel. 3. The apartment has minimum kitchen gear and ustensils. Besides that, all the pots and pans were heavily scratched and burned so they could not be used. The knifes were all dull and rusty. One cannot make proper use of the kitchen for more than 3 days in my opinion. 4. The appliances are old and not functioning properly anymore and make your life hard when using them. Old small fridge that barely cools anything. Vacuum cleaner that is a pain to start and an even bigger pain to use because it barely extracts anything. 5. Most of the furniture is worn out, like for examples the couches were dirty and worn out in some areas. 6. The towels are worn out, because they're cheap Ikea ones, so they'd smell bad after using them a few times. 7. We really didn't appreciate the fact that, when we checked in, the elevator was not working and the owner didn't say a word about it, knowing that we were coming with 2 small children. Talking to the neighbours revealed that it hasn't been working for about 2 weeks before we came. It took another 2 weeks to have it fixed, while we went up and down the stairs with the kids and all the gear needed for them. A few times per day. To the 6th floor. Seeing how bad the situation with the elevator was, we tried to cancel our stay, but the owner refused that. He accepted to shorten our stay to 5 days by charging us for those 5 days triple the amount we paid per day for our entire booking.
