Apartment was well equipped with new kitchen appliances and crockery and cutlery. Outside pool area was fantastic and the best part of the whole stay. Roof terrace was huge and great for drying clothes. Spacious bedrooms with wardrobes. Letting agent was responsive and arranged for us to stay for an extra few hours (for extra charges) to accommodate night flight. (I am not use if there is any provision to keep luggage if leaving at 11am, as normal).

Two bathrooms were very dated with mouldy ceilings,broken ceiling lights and cracked floor tiles. Shower was inside bath, with no bath mat, so quite dangerous when wet. Glass door panel broken in kitchen door. Attempts made to access property during the night - on 2 separate occasions. We clearly seen and heard the door handle move. Although entry was not gained by potential intruder as door was locked. No safe to keep valuables.Limited furniture to house 8 guests e.g. 4 sub loungers on roof terrace, 4-piece furniture set on veranda, 5 dining room chairs in sitting area and 3 kitchen chairs. Sofa not big enough. A party of 8 cannot be accommodated together. Worst of all, location is NOT beach front, although sea view is correct due to penthouse height. It requires walking up a steep hill. It is a 15 minute walk to Los Cristianos centre. 2 bedrooms and kitchen look onto a "tented community" for homeless men - not an ideal view when on holidays or with children. The name of this complex is "Residencial Playa Graciosa 1" (block C). It is a residential complex in which some owners have started to sublet for holiday use. Furniture appears to be an Ikea showroom throughout, with beds being very soft and not very comfortable and 1 pillow per person.
