We are happy to share our lovingly decorated 2 bedroom, 2 bath house in the small community of Altos de Raposeira with you while we are away! The house is perfect for families, couples or small groups who want to spend their holidays away from the crowds, but close enough to everything the south-west Algarve has to offer. From restaurants and nightlife to stunning beaches and great waves.
This new two story house offers you:
- 2 bedrooms + 1 sofa-bed in living room
- 2 bathrooms + 1 extra WC
- Living and separate fully equipped kitchen
- Small garden and balconies with incredible ocean views

## Neighborhood
Raposeira - Is one of the places in the south-western Algarve where Prince Henry the Navigator lived.
You are spoilt for choice when it comes to the 16 beaches, all within a 5-15 minute drive away. There are also several supermarkets to get fresh supplies from within this timeframe. With a plethora of restaurants to chose from, your taste buds will embrace the authentic Portugese food & Algarve specialities.
Altos de Raposeira is a small, growing community right behind the town of Raposeira. Here, you will be away from the crowds, and surrounded by nature without feeling completely isolated. Raposeira town, with some lovely local shops and restaurants is close by and some of the most beautiful beaches of the Algarve are only a short drive away. By car you will reach the nearest big supermarket within 5 minutes. Surf town Sagres is only 10 minutes away and beach town Lagos and another selection of amazing beaches can be reached in 15-25 minutes.
This area is the perfect getaway for families who are looking for tranquility but don't want to go too far off the beaten track. It is also ideal for hikers, surfers and other (water)sport lovers. Golf resorts just around the corner.
## Transit
From Faro Airport Raposeira can be reached in 75 minutes by car and in between 4-5 hours by public transport.
The best way to travel the Algarvarian coast is by boat or car. If you really want to explore the area, a (rental) car will make your life a whole lot easier as public transport is limited but will also get you around. There are buses going from Lagos and Sagres as well that stop in Raposeira.

Very modern, and cosy apartment, furnished with a great taste. Moreover, the arrangement of rooms is extremely practical and useful. The kitchen contains all the necessary and useful tools one expects. There is a stunning view from the terrace on the lower and upper floor, in particular in the mornings and evenings. The surroundings invite to have some jogging round or walk. We have passed an excellent and relaxing week in this lovely place!

I stayed the whole month of November in Casa Kama with a friend. This was the perfect place to combine working (online) and surfing as all amenities in the house are great and the house is located perfectly between the west coast and south coast. Hence there is always a surf break that works.
Will definitely recommend this place.
