Our luxury and new caravan is situated on the sort after 5 star South View leisure and caravan park in Skegness.
This lovely caravan has all the modern features you can want with full central heating and double glazing throughout ensuring those chilly nights are kept at bay .
The location of the caravan is very private as one side of the caravan is covered by trees with 3 car parking spaces to the other side. Very few cars passes by as its towards the end of the quiet cul de sac. In addition, walking to the Show bar or the swimming pool is very near as well as getting to the fishing lakes.
The caravan has 2 bedrooms with generous wardrobes and draws, large walk in bathroom with shower, lounge and a separate kitchen and dinner area for 4 people.
With a good size lounge, fully equipped wall mounted fire, a 32inch Freeview TV and a separate kitchen consisting of fridge, freezer, dish washer, kettle, toaster, washing machine, cups, crockery, cutlery, pot, and pans.
There is an iron and ironing board as well as a fan heater located in the kitchen cupboards. If you need anything please contact us and we will endeavor to ensure its there prior to your arrival.
South View compromises the main show bar with live entertainment most evenings along with several other bars and restaurants. The holiday complex has a 9 hole golf course, indoor heated swimming pool with slide, gym and several fishing lakes spanning over 130 acres. The park is located just 1 mile out of Skegness and 3 miles from Ingoldmells, home to Butlins, Fantasy Island and much more!
To enjoy these facilities guests would need to purchase an entertainment pass which can be obtained from the park's main reception. It is recommended that you purchase these in advance.
Duvets and pillows are provided but guests would need to bring their own bed sheets, pillow cases and towels.
Regrettably no pets allowed.
