I've stayed at Portofino several times over the years and have also previously stayed at one of Mary's other properties, so I already knew we were in good hands. This was our first time staying at this particular property, though, and we absolutely loved it.The view was simply magnificent—exactly the kind of view you hope for when visiting Pensacola Beach. The room was exceptionally clean, beautifully maintained, and the beds were extremely comfortable. One detail we especially appreciated was the carpet in the bedrooms. It may seem like a small thing, but at the beach, it made a huge difference in helping keep stray sand from finding its way into the beds!Mary is also genuinely one of the best hosts we've ever rented from. She is incredibly communicative, responsive, and helpful throughout the entire stay. Her recommendations are excellent—not only for things to see and do on the island, but also for where to go inland for anything we needed or wanted to do. She clearly knows the area well and goes above and beyond to make sure her guests have a wonderful experience.Between the spectacular view, comfortable accommodations, cleanliness, and Mary's exceptional hospitality, we couldn't have asked for a better stay. We would absolutely stay here again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property—or any property hosted by Mary—to others.

Mary was an absolute pleasure to work with! She was very responsive and the property was perfect with lots of beach items which was very convenient. We could have left all our beach stuff at home. Absolutely beautiful views of sunsets. Will return in the future!

Communication with host was excellent. Unit was well stocked, including a beach umbrella and other beach items. View was awesome. Only very minor complaint was that the liquid hand soaps in bathrooms were very watered down. Would definitely stay in this condo again if we come back to Portofino.
