About this house rental
This completely remodeled waterfront two story 4 bedroom home boasts lake views from every room. Equipped with two kayaks, paddle board and other floating lake toys and lounge chairs for pier. Fire pit for s'mores. Hammock. Huge, clean screened in porch. Two decks each with dining sets. Fire place in family room.
House has 4 large bedrooms all with new mattresses and carpet, bedding details are as follows: Bedroom 1: Master Bedroom Suite has vaulted ceilings with lake views from two sides, king sized bed, master bathroom with vaulted ceiling, ceiling fan and skylight, HDTV, large closet and sliding glass doors to deck which overlooks lake. Bedroom 2: King Room features a king sized bed lake views from two sides, sliding glass doors to oversized screened porch, ceiling fan, HDTV and a closet. Bedroom 3: Bunk Room has two sets of bunk beds (so four twin beds total), a giant picture window on one side and sliding doors on another all with lake views and a walk-in closet. Bedroom 4: The Loft, has an amazing view of Paw Paw Lake, a trundle style bed with two twin sized mattresses, a closet and a privacy screen. In addition, home also has one full sized and one twin sized air mattress both with bedding.
There are plenty of windows and lighting throughout the house. The Family room has lake views, HDTV, a sectional, a fireplace and sliding doors onto the screened porch.
There are three completely remodeled full sized bathrooms.
The large Living Room, Dining Room and Kitchen are part of the open floor plan with vaulted ceilings and lake views all around, The Living room has an HDTV, sectional and seating area at oversized picture window. The large Dining room seats 10. Both have sliding glass doors that spill out onto the 45' long deck which faces the lake. The deck has a patio set that seats 7 and a BBQ Grill. There are ceiling fans and windows throughout the home for those lake breezes. The kitchen has new cabinets, countertops and all new appliances. The home has all new flooring. There is a second large outdoor deck adjacent to the Kitchen with a patio set for 7. This deck faces the hill behind the house. The Family Room has a fireplace, HDTV, views of the lake and sliding glass doors onto the screened in porch. The huge screened porch has a cozy seating area and a foosball table and amazing views. There is an attached garage and plenty of parking (there is also a paved area on the side of the home that could accommodate a boat trailer).

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at what can be considered the perfect vacay house! Tranquil location, beautiful views, comfy and charming accommodations with all the amenities! The hosts make you feel right at home... extremely welcoming and thoughtful! The pickle ball court in the driveway made for some fun family competition. The big dining room table was perfect for game night in the evenings. The outdoor furniture was perfect for lazy days by the lake and evening dinners. We found everything we needed for lake-time fun in the shed out back. Loved that "the grandmas" could feel part of the outdoor fun while still being comfortable in the screened in porch area. Love the close proximity to South Haven and St. Joe. We will definitely be back!

It was awesome and a 10 experience. The owners were very responsive. The views are incredible and the home is so spacious. We will definitely be coming back.

We loved the property, there are so many great attributes from the spectacular lake views and lake access, to comfort and functionality. Ours' was a short stay and first time on Paw Paw Lake. The host provided great communication and was very accommodating. We loved our visit and hope to return again.

Our family has stayed in many houses that we have rented through VRBO over the years, and this house is right up there with the best! Not only is it a gorgeous home that is beautifully decorated, but it is also super clean--something that made all of us feel so comfortable during this stressful time. Deb, the owner, provides so many "extras" both inside her home and outside, and her care and concern for her guests is obvious. Communicating with her was easy with very quick response times to any questions that we had about her home and the area. We loved relaxing on the large deck as well as sitting around the fire pit in the evening when the temperatures cooled a bit. We rented a pontoon boat and also took advantage of the owner's offer of the kayaks, paddle board, and noodles.Our stay at Paw Paw Lake was wonderful, and I would highly recommend this property if you're considering a trip to the area!
