About this house rental
Spacious, modern, family-friendly, three-story home right on PAW PAW LAKE! Private walkout beach with a pier for swimming, fishing, boating, and other summer fun activities. Also available for winter fun - skiing and snowboarding nearby.
Enjoy our 100-foot private beach (60 ft. sand and 40 ft. rocks) with designated areas to park watercraft.
Lounge in the hammock in the top floor getaway room and savor the fantastic 360-degree view.
Gather your party in the loft on the second floor, with plenty of space to spread out and relax, while still having floor space for the kids to play. Large flat-screen TV with DVD player (and selection of DVDs). If you're an early riser, a great place to enjoy the sunrise as well. More peace and quiet to be had on the two-chair balcony overlooking Paw Paw Lake.
The second floor also houses the Master Bedroom/Bath with South and West facing windows.
The first floor has 2 bedrooms with a common bathroom on the East side of the home, and 2 bedrooms with a Jack n Jill bathroom on the West side of the home.
The fully-equipped kitchen overlooks the lake and has with door out to the gourmet Weber grill.
The large Great Room has plenty of seating to enjoy the view of the lake through 4 sets of sliding glass doors. Shades are built into the inside of the windows for when it gets too bright. There's also a guest mini-refrigerator for inside (glass/bottled) beverages.
Off of the Great Room, there's a nook with 2 leather couches/ottoman.
The Sun Porch overlooks the lake through East and South facing windows. Exit through the sliding glass door out onto the deck with accessing 6 people hot tub (plastic glassware only please).

Our family came to Lake Paw Paw to take advantage of the all-sport lake and nearby wineries. We had a wonderful time staying at this property. The home was spacious and comfortable, with a sandy beach right off the dock. 11/10 recommend!

Great house with everything you need — beach, water, yard, deck and plenty of rooms inside for when it finally comes time to sleeping ;) We stayed with our family of 5 and had some friends come up to join us for a couple of nights. The property is clean and exceeded our expectations. We had great weather and maximized the opportunity to be on our own private beach/water area. Chani was wonderful and easy to communicate with. We hope to stay again.

Paw paw lake is an all sports lake. Our family was able to spend quality time in beautiful surroundings.
