About this villa rental
Villa Turquesa is an amazing seafront property with a perfect location by the idyllic Cala Egos beach. The villa consists of 4 double bedrooms, all with A/C, on 3 floors and spacious living areas. The entrance leads to the living room which features AC, a comfortable lounge seating area, a large flat screen TV, SAT and DVD. This floor also consists in a dining area and a double bedroom with a luxury en-suite bathroom (bathtub and shower). Glass sliding doors from the living room and the bedroom lead to a beautiful terrace with breath-taking views over the pool and the crystal clear turquoise sea. This terrace is equipped with a modern gas barbecue and a table with chairs to enjoy grilled meals in the open air. A stair leads up to the tower where there is another double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and access to the rooftop terrace. On the ground floor there are 2 more double bedrooms, again each with their en-suite bathroom and both bedrooms have an easy access to the pool area with sun loungers and comfortable deck furniture. The views from inside and around the infinity-pool are absolutely stunning.

Location, Location, Location! This property gets a 10 out of 10 for location. The view from the property was nothing less than stunning, the infinity pool overlooking the sea was where many hours were spent. There is a path leading from the property 200 meters to Cala Egos beach, a small, quiet beach. The home was well equipped both from the owners and previous guests, two fridges, washer, dryer, floaties and toys for the pool. The pictures on the website were dated, the lounge chairs around the pool do not come with cushions, and 3 or 4 of the chairs were torn. The pool area has 4 umbrellas which helped to keep the area shaded. There was a comfortable outdoor seating area with cushions that overlooks the pool and sea. The large outdoor dining table is off the living room, up one level from the pool. There is a bathroom that is accessible through it’s own entrance off the pool. The home is clean, sparsely decorated, it does not come with shampoo, conditioner, soap or shower gel. The pool towels are dated and could use an update. The property is within walking distance of restaurants and small shops. We rented a vehicle and did day trips around the island.

We were a group of 3 couples. The property is very large and situated within walking distance of the town and marina. There is a wide range of restaurants to suit all budgets. Our favourites were on the marina about a 20 minute walk away.
The villa is as it looks in the photos. Very clean with amazing views. The upstairs bedroom doesn’t have a door and one of downstairs bedrooms is reached through the other one but it wasn’t a problem for our group.
The bathrooms are large with plenty of hot water and large showers.
We made use of the BBQ and there is plenty of fridge and freezer space in the large kitchen.
Scott is the contact person who met us at the villa to explain his everything worked. We had a couple of minor queries whilst there, I text Scott and had a response in 10 minutes and the problem resolved within 20 minutes.

Perfect holiday home. Pool and house were excellent. Cala Egos a 5-10 min stroll away with shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Real bonus was the walk way to the sea. Teenagers loved jumping in and snorkelling amongst the fish.
