Villa Acantha has stunning mountain and unobstructed sea views and sits in an elevated position above the peaceful village of Nissaki. The interior has been lovingly furnished to an exceptionally high standard with the majority of the furniture being shipped from abroad resulting in good quality mattresses ensuring a comfortable nights sleep in the 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. All bedrooms benefit from sea views and glass doors to the outside, the first floor bedroom has dual French doors to balconies/large terraces and wonderful views. The villa has air conditioning, WiFi and Mosquito nets fitted to all windows. The luxury, high quality and well equipped kitchen with centre island, units with granite worktops is fully fitted with integral electrical appliances (electric oven, ceramic hob, overhead extractor fan, dishwasher, tall fridge/freezer) and the open plan lounge has comfortable sofas and a flat screen wall mounted TV (satellite - all UK and European speaking channels). The recent addition of two sets of large concertina windows in the sitting room enhances the amazing view which can now be enjoyed from all corners of the sitting room, dining room and kitchen. The grounds are extremely private with extensive patio areas around the large pool and some shaded areas to relax amongst the olive groves and for those who enjoy dining at home there is a large brick built barbecue and two separate outside dining areas with sea views. Villa Acantha has an excellent location for exploring this enchanting area of Corfu and the views from both the terraces and the spacious balconies are spectacular, the turquoise sea stretches out below and you can sit for hours enjoying the sailing boats returning to the marina or the sight of cruise liners arriving into Corfu Town just across the bay.

The grounds are extremely private with extensive patio areas around the large private pool (10 x 4 meters - depth 0.90 to 2.40 m) with lots of shaded patio areas to relax amongst the olive groves.
Wicker lounge furniture, dining furniture, a large brick built barbecue and two separate outside dining areas with wonderful sea views.
Private parking.

The villa is not suitable for persons with walking difficulties due to the steps down to the villa.

Towels and Bed Linen (changed mid way through stays of 10 nights or more).
Pool towels are also provided.

• This rental is subject to a 6 € / per person Villa Damage Waiver Insurance. This replaces a security deposit and is collected before arrival by credit card.
