Beautiful 3 bedroom condo at family friendly Forest Ridge Development just minutes from Loon Mountain. Unit is well maintained and contains many upgrades. The condo has updated appliances and flooring, granite counter tops, washer and dryer, stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, dishwasher, gas fireplace, central a/c and heat, cable tv, wifi, and a private balcony.
This top floor unit has beautiful views of South Peak and surrounding mountains. Forest Ridge is a well maintained development, containing tennis courts, a pristine club house with indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub, gym, and recreation area. In there winter there is free shuttle service to the mountain.
Forest Ridge is very close to down town shopping, restaurants, and 5 minutes from Loon.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful condo! Everything went very smoothly -- communication was excellent. Hope to return again soon. This was a wonderful location to explore the Lincoln area.

The quality of our stay is consistent with the other highly rated reviews. The home was clean, quiet, well stocked and maintained. It felt warm and welcoming, and conveniently located. We stayed for a family ski trip, and there was plenty of room to spread out. The entryway and mudroom space was well designed, allowing all the gear to be laid out and stored properly. The boot warmers was a much welcomed luxury, as the temperature during our stay was in the single digits. We would definitely stay there again.

This is our third year visiting the Lincoln area during peak foliage season. We love the location of this community. Close to so many great outdoor activities and restaurants! The unit itself was perfect. My kids loved the bunk bed room and the shuffleboard table. The unit is modern and clean, and check in/out process was seamless. Will definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay at this property. It was the perfect size for us (3 adults and 1 child), but it could fit more. The property was exactly as advertised and spotless when we arrived. They have everything you need to move right in. Communicating with the property manager was a breeze. We would love to stay here again!
