Il a besoin de restauration : literie de mauvaise qualité ou vieillissante, pas de pression à la douche. Le lave-vaisselle lavait mal à tel point qu’il restait du café dans les tasses. La route devant est très passante et très bruyante. Les voisins de l’immeuble sont également très bruyants : travaux tôt le matin le week-end, cris… Mais surtout la douche, le four, le lave-vaisselle, les tiroirs de la cuisine et le placard à poubelle étaient extrêmement sales photos à l’appui

Es un piso amplio y bien surtido y amueblado, bien situado en el centro urbano de Thonon-les-Bains.
La única pega es que hay que pagar para aparcar y estar pendiente del coche, porque es zona de estacionamiento regulado por parquimetros con horarios limitados.

appartement agréable et confortable, pratique car très bien situé mais un peu bruyant .
appartement spacieux situé au 1er étage , bien équipé et décoré , proche à pied du centre ville , du lac et des thermes . Personnes de la conciergerie aimables et accueillantes . La conciergerie s'est occupé de nous prendre notre forfait pour le parking souterrain .
Les chambres étaient bruyantes même fenêtres fermées car l'appartement est situé sur une rue avec de la circulation . C'est dommage ,

Parfait à part le problème de chaudière
Logement spacieux, bien équipé et bien placé.
Probleme avec la chaudière qu il a fallut redémarrer pour avoir de l eau chaude, qui se met en défaut pendant que nous sommes absents et du coup pas de chauffage à part ceux électriques (éteins car programmés). C est dommage, cela a gâché un peu notre séjour Logement spacieux, bien équipé et bien placé.

Nous avons loué cet appartement pour la seconde année consécutive. La première fois nous avions été séduit par les volumes, l'état général de l'appartement. Cette année n'a fait que confirmer notre avis de l'année dernière. Emmanuel est hyper disponible et très arrangeant.

trés bon séjour
appartement très bien équipé,confortable et spacieux, il ne manquait rien : produit vaisselle,gel douche, serviettes, sopalin café, sucre,comme à la maison. Pas déçu pour un séjour en famille.Les magasins sont a proximité et l'appartement est bien situé et proche du lac.
