Appartamento nuovo e tenuto molto bene e pulito, balcone con vista su Merano e la tranquillità.
La cucina era sprovvista di strofinacci,di spugne e di detersivo. Per chi ama il caffè e disponibile solo una macchinetta per il caffè all' america. Nel bagno c'era solamente un po' di detersivo per le mani e nulla per fare la doccia.
