the beds are comfy, kitchen fully stocked, great playground and space for little kiddos to run around, great hiking all around, the shower and all facilities were top notch, space heaters kept it warm at night during our autumn trip and the host was really attentive when we needed.
we had bad luck with the timing of our visit. we were looking for a relaxing weekend away from people (we live in the city center) and when we arrived the host told us there would be sauna parties both nights we were there. plus we probably killed over 100 bugs inside the tent before calling the owner for help. she was great and came to help right away- but we’d already had a two days and one night of killing bugs so just kind of unprepared for that experience. so just bad luck in the timing really- no sauna parties and not big bug season and it’s be really perfect.
